To improve productivity, quality, resource management, turnaround time and increase transparency by replacing the old manual file process with an electronic file system, Government has initiated the E-Office. Here we are providing some tutorials to make Govt. employees work flow easy.
- Step 1: Open the web browser (Internet Explorer preferred).
- Step 2: Type the following link: [cttr.eoffice.ap.gov.in] or copy paste in you browser URL box and hit Enter. E-Office website with the login page will be displayed, as shown in the above image.
(In this example, we are logging into Chittoor [cttr] district e-office website of Andhra Pradesh [.ap] state, which will be vary for other districts and states.)
How to Log in?
- Step 1: Enter e-office username in “Login ID” box (Usually, username will be same as the government email id without “@gov.in” or “@ap.gov.in”)
- Step 2: Enter the password of your government email id in the “Password” box and click “Login”.
In case, if you enter wrong credentials page will throw error saying “Invalid Login ID/Password”. If you forgot your password, go to “mail.gov.in” to reset your password or click here to know “How to reset Government Email Id Password“.
