How to Factory Data Reset your Samsung Galaxy S6- G920F

Soft Reset:

Step 1: Open the settings.

Step 2: In the settings window, click on Back up & Reset.

Step 3: Further, click on Reset device.

Step 4: To proceed with the reset click on the Erase Everything.

The device restarts and the data is cleared on your device and reboots again as if you are booting the device for the first time.

Hard Reset:

Step 1: If you are using the device then switch it off using the power button.

Step 2: Now press the power button along with the volume Up button with the Home button Until you see the Samsung logo.

Step 3: In the recovery Window, select the Wipe Data/ Factory reset using the volume button and the press the power button.

Step 4: In the new window, select the Yes– delete all user data to confirm it.

The Data is wiped from your device and you will enter the recovery mode.

Step 5: In the recovery window select the reboot system now option and press the power button.

You are done with the Hard Reset of your Samsung Galaxy S6 smartphone.

Note: Before you reset your device, always remember to keep the back up of the data available on your smartphone as the data cannot be retrieved back if you format your smartphone.
