Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 launched India Price Starting at Rs 9,999

Xiaomi India has recently launched a new smartphone in its Redmi Note series i.e., Redmi Note 3 priced at Rs 9,999. It has a 5-5-inch IPS display with 401 PPI and 1920×1080 pixels as its resolution supprting 16 Million colours. The device supports dual sim card with a Hybrid  SIM Card on it. SIM card slot a combination of Miro SIM and Nano SIM  where the Nano SIM can be inserted instead of a Memory Card. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 Hexa-Core Processor clocked at 1.8 GHz copuled with Adreno 510 GPU. The device available in two variants i.e., 2GB RAM with 16 GB as its storage and 3GB RAM with 32 GB as its internal Storage and can be expanded to 32 GB using an external Micro SD Card Slot.

The device is powered  by a 4050 mAh Li-Poly battery and runs on Android Lollipop 5.1. The brand has also mentioned that it may get the Android Marshmallow Update soon by the end of the year. While speaking about the camera the device does support a 16MP rear camera with LED flash and the front camera on the device is 5MP. Though the Mega Pixels on the front camera is just 5MP, it captures better selfies and comes with many interesting modes on it. It is a budgetcentric device with a fingerprint sensor on its back panel. The design of the device is simple and elegant. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, FM Radio, Micro USB Type 2.0 are the connectivity features are available on the device . The additional features on this device include the fingerpreint scanner, IR Blaster, Active Noise cancellation with a dedicated mic and fast battery charging support. Accelerometer and Proximity are the sensors available on the device and helps in automation the device. The SAR value of the device is 1.6 W/Kg for 1g tissue and body SAR value of the device is 1.256 W/Kg. The device does supports the uSB OTG connectivity where a user can easily transfer the data from device to drive and vice-versa.
