How to Know the SAR Value of your Smartphone

SAR value is used to determine the heatness level of your smartphone. Your mobile device is a radio transmitter and receiver. It is designed not to exceed the limit for exposure to radio waves recommended by the Indian Government Guidelines. The radio wave exposure guidelines employ a unit of measurement known as Specific Absorption Rate(SAR). The SAR limit recommended by the international commission on non-ionizing radiation protection is 2 W/Kg averaged over 10g tissue. The SAR value of the device is usually mentioned on the User manual or on the back panel below the battery.
