Nokia 2 launched in India Priced at 99 Euros

HMD Global has launched a new budget centric smartphone Nokia 2 yesterday in India. The device comes with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB as its internal storage and can be expanded to 128 GB using an external Micro SD card. It has 5-inch LTPS display with 720 x 1280 pixel resolution with a aspect ratio 16:9 and 294 PPI density. The device is priced at 99 Euros (Approx. 7000 INR) and will be coming with latest Android version on it out of the box.

The device comes with the basic Qulacomm Snapdragon 212 Chipset, quad core processor clocked at 1.3 GHz with Cortex-A7 and coupled with Adreno 304 GPU. The best thing about the device is it comes with a 4100 mAh Li-Ion battery which can survive upto 48 hours. The design of the device pretty simple and would be available in two colors Black and white. Though the device is not partnered with Android One Project the brand has guaranteed to send the Android 8.0 Update soon after the delivery.

As its a Mid-range device the camera on the device is competitor to Redmi 4A, where Nokia 2 comes with 8 MP on rear with a LED flash and 5 MP front camera. The device comes with all the basic connectivity features Wi-Fi 802.11, hotspot, Bluetooth, GPS, Radio, Micro USB Type 2.0. Accelerometer , Proximity and Compass are the connectivity features available on the device and helps in automating the device. The device does support VoLTE on it, so this could be best phone for Jio Users for data usage considering the battery.

Earlier the brand has launched Nokia 3, Nokia 5, Nokia 6 and Nokia 8 globally this year and few of them are available in market both offline and online.
